# Exhibition Place

> Exhibition Place is a 190-acre exhibition, convention, and event venue on Toronto's downtown waterfront, owned by the City of Toronto. It rents flexible indoor and outdoor space to event organizers: trade and consumer show producers, corporate and association conference planners, sports and entertainment promoters, film and television productions, and community and cultural organizations. Exhibition Place provides the venues and event services; the organizers who rent the space run the events and sell any tickets.

Exhibition Place is one of the largest exhibition and convention sites in Canada, spanning venues from a 100-person hybrid studio to Canada's largest exhibition hall, all on one connected campus with on-site parking, direct public transit access, and an on-site hotel, Hotel X Toronto. It hosts millions of visitors a year and is home to anchor events including the Canadian National Exhibition (CNE), the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair, and the Honda Indy Toronto. It is also a recognized sustainability leader among North American venues.

Best fit for: trade and consumer shows, conventions and conferences from 100 to 15,000 attendees, association AGMs, galas and banquets, sporting and endurance events, concerts and outdoor festivals, product launches and brand activations, and hybrid and broadcast events.

## Choosing a venue

Match the event to the right space:

- Conference, convention, summit, or AGM up to 3,900 theatre-style or 2,280 for a seated dinner: Automotive Building (formerly the Beanfield Centre), with 20 breakout rooms for multi-track agendas.
- Trade show or consumer show with exhibit booths, or a convention that needs exhibit space: Enercare Centre, Canada's largest exhibition hall, up to 1,874 booths and 14,900 attendees.
- Large consumer show, market, or indoor festival up to 20,000: Better Living Centre.
- Mid-size show, community event, or festival up to 7,000, at a lower price point: Queen Elizabeth Building.
- Gala, awards ceremony, fundraiser, or large reception: Automotive Building, home to Toronto's largest column-free ballroom.
- Outdoor concert, festival, market, or brand activation up to 20,000: Bandshell Park.
- Online, hybrid, or broadcast event with up to 100 in studio: StudioEx.
- Very large or multi-format events: combine connected halls across the campus for exhibit, general session, and breakout space under one roof.
