Find out what's new at Exhibition Place this month.

IATSE - News update
Over the past month, Exhibition Place has continued to operate; hosting over 20 meetings, events and exhibitions, and welcomed thousands of visitors to our convention venues. Most recently the Fall Home Show, Arbonne and Global Zoom - major city-wide conventions, took place in Enercare Centre. There were no pickets present on the event days for these meetings and shows. Exhibition Place continues to work with our Labour Relations team, and we remain open to resuming bargaining with IATSE Local 58. As of today, we do not have any new bargaining dates to report. Gilles Bouchard gbouchard@explace.on.ca and his Event Management Services team continue to work with clients with upcoming events on an individual basis. We wish to thank you, our clients, for the support we have received to work for a better collective agreement, and we remain committed to you and to the success of your events. We will continue to communicate with you with updates.
Client Tenant Information Meeting
The next Client Tenant Information Meeting will be held on October 25. Learn about everything happening at the Exhibition Place grounds - events, updates, improvements and the surrounding environs. The meeting will take place in room 204A in Beanfield Centre from 10:30AM–12PM. Please email Tahira Khan by October 15 at tkhan@explace.on.ca to RSVP.
Beanfield Centre Ballroom Carpet
Having an event in the Beanfield Centre Ballroom? Earlier this year, we began the process of updating the carpeting in the ballroom and we're pleased to let you know that this project is complete and it looks GREAT. As a venue and a LEED® certified building, we're careful about the products we source and the initiatives we have in place and we endeavour to meet these strict criteria to uphold those values.
Find your way around Exhibition Place with Ease
In late summer, Exhibition Place installed six new way finding signs and three new pedestrian directional signs at the grounds. These signs are a part of the city's TO360 Way Finding program that is aimed at creating a unified mapping system throughout the city to enhance a visitor's overall experience and make it easier for them to get around. For events that draw attendees from all over that are unfamiliar with Exhibition Place, this signage will enhance their experience by helping them get to your event with ease.
