Valerie
Located inside Hotel X, Valerie is a rooftop fine dining concept serving Japanese-influenced dishes and a panoramic view of the city below. Valerie’s menu features curated cocktails, hot & cold Japanese- inspired snacks, nigiri and chef’s selection of maki.
