Whether you’re planning wedding portraits or engagement photos, Exhibition Place offers iconic backdrops that make every photo unforgettable. A photo permit is required for all formal photography sessions on our grounds, which is strictly for personal and non-commercial photography use.
Corporate photoshoots for advertising, commercial, or agency photography require a license agreement. Commercially associated location fees will be quoted based on the usage requirements. If your photoshoot involves additional equipment, multiple photographers, or commercial use, please contact our Sales team at sales@explace.on.ca to coordinate your booking.

Permit Details
- Fee: $300 + HST per session. Please note, this fee is non-refundable.
- Permits are valid for a 2-hour window.
- All permits are subject to approval based on on-site events and activities. Availability is not guaranteed.
- Some areas may be restricted due to event bookings, maintenance, or safety considerations.
- Photo permits apply to outdoor spaces only. Photography is not permitted inside any buildings.
