Music in the Park – July 16, 2025

Exhibition Place, in collaboration with Parkdale Residents Association, is excited to present Music in the Park at ExPlace, a free summer concert series happening Wednesday evenings from June 11 – July 16 at Centennial Park.

Enjoy an evening of live performances by an incredible mix of emerging and established Toronto musicians. Plus, shop from community vendors and grab tasty bites from local food vendors!

Bring your friends, pack a picnic, and settle in for a night of great music under the gazebo.

Tara Rice

Tara Rice makes music that feels like wandering through the misty woods just before dawn; mysteriously hypnotic, and deeply evocative. With a spellbinding blend of folk, rock, cinematic textures and a voice that feels both earthy and otherworldly, she draws upon mythology, nature and the unseen to create songs that feel like secret rituals.

A captivating live performer, Tara has graced the stages of Spirits of the Earth Festival, Kaleidoscope Gathering, Cosmic Wildling Healing Arts Studio, Ideal Changes Conscious Social Events, and The Brantford Pagan Festival. She will be headlining at this year’s Harvest Fest in September at Dufferin Grove Park in Toronto.

Currently, she is working on a new solo EP while also composing, singing, and playing guitar in the critically acclaimed Toronto art-rock band, 5th PROJEKT.
